




Position Summary: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software; respond to incidents and provide technical support to users; and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Install and configure previously authorized hardware and software at branches, regional offices, administrative offices, and ODGs, as well as maintain the proper functioning of the technology platform to ensure service continuity for members. 2. Respond to incidents and provide advisory services to users of information technologies, ensuring appropriate support is delivered to guarantee optimal performance of institutional equipment and applications. 3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and/or systems (computers, servers, peripherals, printers, systems, applications, etc.) belonging to branches, regional offices, administrative offices, and ODGs, to ensure proper operation. 4. Supervise the status of computer equipment and installed applications, ensuring compliance with internal regulations to maintain correct equipment functionality and prevent risks of damage or data loss. 5. Evaluate and prepare reports on the status of institutional equipment and systems, as well as track warranty requests for equipment, printers, and servers with vendors. 6. Implement and configure institutional-defined applications at branches and administrative offices to maintain up-to-date versions and adequate control. 7. Document solutions for new incidents or problems encountered on computer equipment and/or institutional applications to ensure appropriate and timely response to similar incidents. 8. Guide and assist users in backing up and recovering information stored on institutional equipment and systems. 9. Provide guidance and support regarding power requirements for branches due to relocation, openings, or renovations, to assist with electrical installations and ensure proper operation of computer equipment. 10. Support temporary cabling installation during branch renovations, as well as ensure preparation of premises and computer equipment for relocations and new branch openings. 11. Support installation and reconfiguration of automated teller machines (ATMs, dispensers, and multifunctional devices) at branches and other locations. 12. Support various institutional departments to ensure operational availability of security and access control devices (LPLs, alarms, airlocks, DVRs). 13. Perform preventive, corrective maintenance, or replacement of all Telecommunications and Juniper equipment to ensure proper operation. 14. Manage asset control and equipment assignment letters. Coordinate with fixed-asset departments for assignment and movement of computer equipment across offices under management. 15. Replace and reinstall damaged equipment and/or components as necessary to maintain an updated technology platform and ensure proper operation. 16. Provide required technical support for special events, logistics for assemblies and meetings across different leadership levels at administrative offices and branches to ensure successful execution. 17. Support branch contingencies by implementing the business recovery plan and participating in required activities to restore service. 18. Ensure installation and operation of equipment (Polycom videoconferencing, INTRO CPM, credentialing systems) at branches and administrative offices for member and staff services. 19. Diagnose telephone line and internet failures, and configure telephony equipment (VoIP and analog) and switches to ensure communication. 20. Conduct requirement and procedure analysis for implementation of new technologies. 21.
