Job Summary: We are seeking a Community Manager to lead digital campaigns, create social media content, analyze metrics, and develop digital marketing strategies for shopping centers. Proficiency with digital marketing tools. Experience in data analysis and measuring digital marketing campaign performance. Excellent digital writing and spelling skills. Job Responsibilities: Manage advertising campaigns via Ads Manager. Create and schedule social media content (posts, videos, advertisements). Monitor interactions and respond to comments on plaza social media accounts. Research and forward social media complaints or suggestions to the coordinator. Attend events for on-site coverage and content creation. Research current digital trends and relevant topics. Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports. Generate leads for retail space leasing. Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with the team. Maintain organization of files, calendars, and digital materials. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase company visibility and reach. Create and publish relevant and engaging content on social media and other online channels. Analyze and measure digital marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed. Keep company product and service information up to date on social media and other online channels.
