We take pride in our customer-centric culture and seek someone who shares our commitment to service excellence. · > Job Objective · Ensure customers receive excellent attention and service by processing their requested transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently. · > Responsibilities: · - Process banking transactions efficiently and accurately. - Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving our customers' issues. - Collaborate with team members to ensure proper branch operations. - Ensure proper handling of cash and other assets. · > Requirements: · - Availability to rotate day, intermediate, and evening shifts - Prior experience as a bank teller or in a similar role. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability in cash handling and problem resolution. - Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining a high level of integrity. - Availability to work Monday through Sunday with a weekday day off (including weekends and holidays) · Grupo Salinas offers a rewarding and challenging work environment, professional growth opportunities, and a competitive compensation package: · Weekly pay: *$2,700 to $3,100 + Salary scale from $200 to $800 Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, Annual vacation bonus of 25%, Yearly Christmas bonus of 15 days (increasing with seniority). Full IMSS social security contributions, Infonavit contributions. Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule Monday through Sunday with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule.
