This position focuses on correctly implementing design tasks according to established guidelines, with guidance from the team, enabling technical skill development and growth within a digital strategy and technology environment. **Main Responsibilities:** · Support in the design and layout of websites, landing pages, and informational sites. · Adapt and adjust existing designs per team instructions. · Perform basic WordPress and Elementor layout tasks. · Support in creating digital graphic materials (banners, icons, visual elements). · Collaborate with the team by communicating progress and meeting delivery deadlines. · Propose basic visual solutions with initiative and a learning mindset. **Candidate Profile:** · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related field (recent graduate or final semesters). · No formal work experience required. · Basic portfolio required (academic, personal, or freelance projects). · Proficiency in at least one design tool: Figma or Adobe Photoshop. · Familiarity with Illustrator, WordPress, Elementor, or Canva is desirable. · Organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. · Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively. **What We Offer:** · Monthly salary of $13,000 to $15,000 MXN (based on profile and work modality). · Hybrid / remote work modality. · Full-time position. · Statutory benefits. · Opportunities for growth and development through real-world projects.
