Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities within facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and coordination of general maintenance and facility operations. 2. Diagnosis and resolution of equipment and facility failures. 3. Leadership, proactivity, and sense of urgency in maintenance management. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in general maintenance and facility operations, responsible for supervising, coordinating, and tracking preventive and corrective maintenance activities within the facility. WE OFFER: • Monthly gross salary of $27,000 • Weekly payroll • Benefits exceeding statutory requirements • Excellent work environment SCHEDULE: Rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts. WORK LOCATION: Jubilee Casino — Southern Zone of Monterrey. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Receive and monitor suppliers during inspections and failure resolution • Supervise maintenance activities within facilities and operational areas • Diagnose failures and resolve equipment and facility malfunctions • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance • Track work orders via the SIM platform • Supervise mechanical equipment installation and maintenance, as well as facility maintenance • Monitor energy consumption, temperature, and air conditioning systems • Manage and control spare parts and tools REQUIREMENTS: • Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (certified) • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position • Experience managing personnel and suppliers • Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance • Proficiency in climate control, refrigeration, electrical substations, and voltages from 220V to 440V (mandatory) • Proficiency in electronic systems, repair and diagnosis of PLC-based electronic equipment and electrical systems. • Personnel management experience (mandatory) • Problem diagnosis and resolution capability • Proactivity, leadership, and sense of urgency BENEFITS AND PERKS: • Grocery vouchers (additional 10% every 28 days) • Savings fund • 20-day year-end bonus • Savings and personal loan program • Life insurance coverage of $100,000 • Vacation premium of 35% • 4 additional personal days beyond regular vacation • Subsidized cafeteria. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education — Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Knowledge areas: Electricity, Electronics, Installations, Corrective Maintenance, General Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Supervision, Refrigeration Engineering, Maintenance Supervision Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, maintenance, conservation, mantenimiento
