Position Title: Information Technology (IT) Intern Purpose of the Position: Support the continuous and efficient operation of the technological infrastructure through basic technical support activities, equipment maintenance, and initial administration of computing devices, networks, and IT platforms, while attending to internal users and reinforcing professional training. Main Responsibilities: • On-site and remote technical support to users • Preventive maintenance support for computing equipment • Basic software installation and updates • Basic configuration support for devices • User creation and deactivation under supervision in Microsoft 365 • Support for basic Active Directory tasks • Updating inventories of computing equipment and technological devices • Documentation of IT department activities Skills: • Analytical ability • Problem-solving • Effective communication • Organization and order • Service-oriented attitude • Willingness to learn (self-taught) • Teamwork Requirements: • Education: Currently enrolled undergraduate student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or Basic knowledge of IT technical support, Microsoft 365 (desirable), and fundamental networking (IP, connectivity).
