**Getsemanitrh has a place for you:** We are seeking a **GENERATIVE AI TRANSFORMATION LEADER (CHANGE MANAGER)** passionate about innovation, artificial intelligence, and human development—capable of guiding our clients through their journey toward the digital future by facilitating cultural change and optimizing their processes. **Purpose of the Role** Support clients throughout their digital transformation journey by promoting the strategic use of Microsoft solutions (especially AI-powered tools such as **Copilot**, and the M365 collaboration ecosystem\). Your role will be 100% consultative, focused on driving technology adoption, organizational efficiency, and change management. **Key Responsibilities** * **Consultative Support:** Advise clients throughout the project lifecycle on adopting and implementing Microsoft technologies. * **Change Management and Communication:** Plan and execute leadership, sponsorship, and internal communication strategies; design and develop key communication assets. * **Training and Enablement:** Design content, coordinate, and deliver training sessions (in-person and online), demos, and workshops on Copilot, Microsoft 365, and collaborative tools. * **AI Evangelism:** Actively promote Copilot usage, highlighting its benefits in productivity, automation, and decision-making. * **Process Analysis:** Participate in *As\-Is / To\-Be* process mapping to identify improvement opportunities, automation potential, and technology needs—proposing tailored solutions. * **Strategic Collaboration:** Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and participate in events, webinars, and training sessions. **What We’re Looking For (Requirements)** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technological Innovation, or related field. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** leading technology transformation and new technology adoption projects with clients. * **Passion for technology**, with enthusiasm for staying current on emerging AI and technological tools. * **Languages:** Intermediate-to-advanced English **(mandatory)** * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
