Requires experience in general building maintenance. **Building Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time)** At Medicamex, we are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** to support the proper functioning and preservation of our facilities, contributing to maintaining safe, functional, and optimal operational conditions. **What will you do?** Perform basic plumbing work (leak repairs, faucet replacements, pipe maintenance). Carry out interior and exterior painting tasks. Conduct general preventive and corrective maintenance. Perform minor facility repairs (doors, locks, furniture, etc.). Provide support for various tasks as required by operational needs. **What do we need from you?** Experience in general building maintenance. Knowledge of plumbing, painting, and basic repairs. Ability to work in an organized manner. Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility.
