Operational cost optimization and efficient resource utilization A freight transportation company located in Apodaca is seeking candidates to fill the ***Traffic and Logistics Manager*** position. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar roles within heavy cargo transportation, distribution, or logistics. * Experience in traffic and logistics * Knowledge of local and federal traffic laws and regulations, driver registration procedures * **Immediate availability** **Responsibilities** * Shipment coordination and tracking * Updating reports based on information received * Planning and assigning transportation routes according to operational demand and vehicle availability. * Coordinating with dispatchers and drivers to ensure proper service execution. * Monitoring daily vehicle operations in real time (GPS tracking, loading/unloading times). * Supervising adherence to transit times, loading/unloading windows, and service level agreements. * Managing and following up on incidents (delays, accidents, driver absences, unscheduled maintenance). * Verifying compliance with operational documentation: shipping orders, waybills, transfer CFDIs, etc. * Generating operational performance reports (KPIs: on-time performance, delivery compliance, fleet utilization, etc.). * Optimizing operational costs, idle time, and resource utilization efficiency. * Supervising the operations team: dispatchers, logistics assistants, drivers, and yard personnel. * Ensuring compliance with road safety standards, traffic regulations, and transportation regulations (SCT, NOMs, etc.). **We Offer** * **Salary:** $35,000 monthly, net * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday until 1:00 PM * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Career development plan * **IMMEDIATE HIRING!** * **Work Location:** Apodaca, NL *Interested candidates may apply through this channel and/or send CV to 8186826441, specifying the position name and location* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have immediate availability?
