Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide technical support, install and configure equipment, perform maintenance, and assist with network and systems administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-user technical support (hardware and software) 2. Installation and configuration of computer equipment 3. Basic preventive and corrective maintenance Education: 7th semester or later in Systems Administration Engineering, Software Technology Engineering, or Computer Science Bachelor's degree Work Location: On-site – C. Hermenegildo Galeana \#3335 Col. Del Norte, Monterrey, Nuevo León Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM Salary: $11,500 MXN per month, paid biweekly (Banregio) Benefits: Statutory benefits (100% IMSS coverage, profit sharing, uniform, preferential pricing) Gender: Male and female Responsibilities: * Basic end-user technical support (hardware and software). * Installation and configuration of computer equipment. * Basic preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment (computers, printers, router, etc.). * Assistance in network and systems administration. * Updating computer equipment inventories. * Assisting with documentation of processes and manuals. * Managing, tracking, and resolving support tickets with external agency (Sysop). * Performing on-site corrective services, installations, and troubleshooting. * Network connectivity (Wi\-Fi, basic cabling). * Time clock system support. * General data entry and analysis. * Finished product inventory support. * Excel usage (pivot tables and dashboards).
