**Involvia is seeking a Support Analyst in Los Cristales 1st Sector \- Guadalupe, Nuevo León** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT technical support * Proven experience in configuration, administration, and support of **Zabbix** instances * Proficiency in **SNMP**: configuration of traps, MIBs, and network devices * Proficiency in **SQL** (MySQL / PostgreSQL) for queries and diagnostics * Solid knowledge of **TCP/IP** networking: routing, switching, and connectivity troubleshooting * Server administration with the **LAMP** stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP) * Advanced English B2C1 (written and conversational) * Valid passport (willingness to travel \~20%) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handling and resolving technical support tickets * Administration and configuration of Zabbix instances * Network diagnostics and support * Database queries and diagnostics * Administration of Linux servers / LAMP stack * Technical documentation and case management * Collaboration with the international GST team **WE OFFER:** * **Salary: $28,000 gross monthly**, negotiable * **100% remote** work modality * Statutory benefits * Monday \- Friday **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Research *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0e39c43700005d00901f96\&source\=indeed*
