**Caja Fama is seeking a Human Resources Manager** Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience. Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection of personnel, job posting, management of job banks, social media, online and in-person interviews, administration and interpretation of psychometric tests. * Hiring, personnel file compilation, registrations, terminations, settlements, and final payments. * Management of SUA, IDSE, and CONTPAQ systems. * Preparation of weekly payroll for employees and monthly payroll for executives; attendance and incident tracking; handling of medical leaves, vacations, permits, INFONAVIT deductions, electronic payroll stamping, payroll receipt delivery, record archiving, reporting, submission of variable data, and risk premium. * Personnel management, problem resolution, event coordination, compliance with internal company regulations, and administrative department requests.
