Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Odoo Consultant-Configurator with a hybrid profile combining functional consulting and technical configuration, capable of understanding business requirements and executing configurations autonomously. A hybrid profile that combines functional consulting and technical configuration in a single individual — someone who can understand business requirements, map them to the correct Odoo module, and execute configurations autonomously without relying on a technical team for every adjustment. The philosophy is clear: **native-first**. Maximize Odoo’s standard capabilities before considering any custom development. **Requirements:** * 3–5 years of experience with Odoo. * Must be over 27 years of age. * On-site employment. * Full-time position. **Key Responsibilities:** * Configure and parameterize Odoo modules according to the business’s operational requirements. * Analyze each requirement and define the optimal path within the ERP, prioritizing native functionality. * Manage the internal user requirements backlog with sound judgment and clarity. * Conduct functional testing and validate configurations prior to each release. * Manage master data and support basic integrations. * Train end users and accompany go-lives and stabilization of changes. * Propose continuous improvements from an integrated business perspective. **Non-negotiable Skills:** * **3+ years configuring Odoo** (critical requirement — without this, the candidate is not eligible) * Verifiable participation in at least one complete Odoo implementation. * Proficiency in modules: Sales, Inventory, Purchases, CRM, POS, and related modules. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and senior management. * Ability to clearly document processes and configurations. * Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Essential Tools / Expertise:** * Odoo (functional + configuration) — Expert level (Mandatory) * Requirements backlog management — Required * Excel / Google Sheets — Intermediate to Advanced * Documentation (Notion, Google Docs, Word) — Required * API / Basic connectors — Desirable **We Offer:** * $40,000–$60,000 (based on experience) * Full-time position * Statutory benefits Salary: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
