Karri México is a **logistics company** founded in **2020** with a clear objective: **to revolutionize how deliveries and logistics operations are managed**. **Job Objective:** Ensure the proper performance of store operations, guaranteeing correct protocols, minimizing conflicts, and increasing visibility specifically to coordinators and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure the **daily operational status** of the assigned fleet. * Manage and monitor the **fleet across various business units**, ensuring availability and compliance. * Conduct **daily operational audits**, identifying deviations and ensuring adherence to processes. * Carry out **order assignment and distribution** to the fleet, ensuring efficiency and on-time fulfillment. * Provide **first-level customer service at stores**, resolving operational incidents and escalating when necessary. * Manage and resolve **operational contingencies** through the **SPARK** platform, ensuring delivery continuity. * Track incidents and ensure compliance with operational KPIs (timeliness, deliveries, coverage). **Requirements:** * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in **supermarkets** * Knowledge of delivery operations, order assignment, and fleet management. * Experience managing contingencies and operating with **SPARK** (desirable). * Strong tracking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. **This position is 100% field-based.** **Work Area:** **Mitras Poniente, N.L.** **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Additional days off (birthdays, moving, etc.) * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with mid-week rest day * Short-term career growth * Dynamic work environment * Ongoing training **If you're interested, apply through this channel and be part of the change!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
