We offer an excellent work environment and professional development opportunities. **The primary objective** of this position is to ensure that outbound scheduling and production documentation generation are accurate, thereby guaranteeing the reliability of our inventory. **Key Responsibilities:** * **SAP System Management:** Perform inventory movements, stock inquiries, and administrative processes within the platform. * **Manufacturing Orders:** Generate, release, and track production orders to ensure products are available for shipment on time and as scheduled. * **Inventory Validation:** Conduct physical stock audits and validations against system records to identify and correct discrepancies. * **Excel-Based Analysis:** Prepare planning reports; * **Shipment Coordination:** Support outbound logistics planning, ensuring daily loading plans are met. **Essential Requirements:** * **Systems:** Proficiency in **SAP** (Production or Warehouse modules) is mandatory. * **Office Tools:** Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, lookup formulas, and database management). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year in similar roles (Planning Assistant, Production Control, or Logistics). * **Knowledge:** Production planning, inventory control, and logistical workflows.
