We seek a **Hostess** who is friendly, organized, and possesses an outstanding service attitude — serving as the warm welcome for our customers. Requirements * Minimum **2 years of customer service experience** (preferred) * Education: **Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree** (preferred) * Excellent personal presentation * Strong verbal communication skills and friendly demeanor * Organization and responsibility * Teamwork skills Responsibilities * Greeting and welcoming customers * Assigning and managing table allocations * Assisting in organizing service flow * Communicating with the floor team * Ensuring a positive customer experience from the moment of arrival Schedule Monday to Thursday: **4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.** Friday and Saturday: **6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.** Sundays off We Offer * Salary: **$2,500 weekly** * Statutory benefits * Additional benefits * Professional and collaborative work environment * Immediate hiring Location: Monterrey, N.L.
