Job Summary: Assist in the setup, teardown, and preparation of event venues and equipment, ensuring optimal furniture arrangement and compliance with requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Furniture assembly and disassembly for events 2. Coordination with departments for event execution 3. Maintenance of safety and hygiene standards **Job Objective** Support the setup, teardown, and preparation of event venues, areas, and equipment to ensure all furniture, materials, and tools are in optimal condition and meet client and company requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Assemble and disassemble furniture (tables, chairs, stages, table linens, decorations, etc.) according to work orders. * Ensure event venues and areas are clean, organized, and ready on time. * Coordinate with Banquets, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth event execution. * Inspect furniture condition and report damages or repair needs. * Assist in transporting materials and equipment within the facility. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and personal appearance standards. * Maintain a service-oriented attitude and willingness to respond to requests during events. **Requirements** * **Age:** 20 to 35 years * **Education:** Completed secondary school (preferred). * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in event setup (preferred). * **Knowledge:** * Handling of event furniture and equipment. * Care and cleaning of materials. * Basic occupational safety standards. * **Skills:** * Teamwork. * Organization and punctuality. * Good physical condition. * Service-oriented attitude. **WE OFFER:** * Biweekly tax-free salary. * $300 biweekly punctuality bonus. * Complimentary uniform. * Excellent work environment. * Tips. * Per-event payment (5 hrs). * $380 per event (regular day). * $400 per event (December). * **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Saturday \| 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,200\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Company parking * Free parking * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
