




Human Resources 5 days ago 5 Years of Experience ### **Description** **Objective** Ensure proper human capital management across all corporate companies by implementing recruitment, training, labor administration, payroll, organizational climate, and employee development processes aligned with policies and strategies from the General Management. **Responsibilities** * Comprehensive **recruitment and selection** management, including job postings, interviews, psychometric tests, medical and socioeconomic evaluations. * Coordination of the **hiring process**: file compilation, contract preparation, payroll registration, and onboarding materials delivery for new hires. * **Induction and training**: delivery of welcome courses, training needs assessment (TNA), and organization of internal and external training sessions. * Administration and control of **payroll**: incidents, overtime, deductions, benefits, and affiliation changes with IMSS. * Preparation and monitoring of **key reports**: turnover, staffing, incidents, annual budget, and HR KPIs. * Updating **organizational charts, job descriptions, policies, and regulations**. * Management and safeguarding of **employee files** and payroll documentation (settlements, policies, covers, records, movements). * Coordination of **corporate events** and workplace climate initiatives (surveys, walkthroughs, activities). * Supervision of compliance with **safety and hygiene regulations**, including drills and internal committees. * Direct support to **General Management and Administrative Management** on strategic human capital matters. * Participation in **internal and external audits**, and standardization of HR processes at the corporate level. ### **Requirements** **Requirements** Completed Bachelor's degree * **Experience** * 5 to 8 years in human resources * 3 years in payroll
