Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related field. Analytical, proactive, excellent problem-solving skills. ***Responsibilities:*** **Daily Operations Supervisor**: Ensures all operational functions run smoothly without interruptions, from production to logistics and general services. **Continuous Improvement**: Analyzes workflow processes and continuously identifies areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality. **Resource Management**: Manages both human and material resources.
