Leadership in developing and implementing maintenance systems **DIREX is seeking a Process Engineer in Monterrey – Monterrey, Nuevo León** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- A Monterrey-based manufacturer of electrical conduit wiring is seeking: Process Engineer Provide practical engineering support to achieve timely resolution of manufacturing performance issues. Apply robust analysis and problem-solving methodologies to investigate and implement corrective actions addressing root causes related to equipment, instrumentation, processes, and/or product. Application of the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act) is essential. Use basic data analysis methodologies together with initiatives for collecting production performance information across the entire manufacturing operation to identify opportunities for productivity improvement and waste reduction (process maps, SPC, process capability, trend analysis, etc.). Analyze and improve existing and new manufacturing processes in terms of efficiency, safety, and quality, using process flow diagrams, PFMEA, poka-yoke devices, and other methodologies. Optimize production machinery by adjusting the performance of existing equipment and process parameters. Provide leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance systems in manufacturing. Develop concepts, prototypes, designs, and solutions for new and/or existing manufacturing equipment, as well as for new product opportunities and line extensions.
