Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end execution, control, and comprehensive management of operations, including reconciliations, disputes, merchant settlements, and logistics management. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the operational strategy for disputes and chargebacks. 2. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reconciliations. 3. Optimize logistics costs and delivery times. **Key Contributions** * **End\-to\-end operations execution owner** + Responsible for timely and accurate execution of processes including origination, merchant settlement, bank reconciliations, dispute and chargeback processing, and procurement. + Accountable for budget compliance and operational expenditure efficiency. * **Reconciliation control** + Ensures integrity and accuracy of reconciliations among processor, card brands, banks, internal systems, and accounting. + Identifies process efficiencies leading to reduced operational costs. + Defines reconciliation discrepancy recovery processes and controls. * **Comprehensive dispute and chargeback management** + Leads the operational strategy for aggregator and acquirer disputes and chargebacks, aiming to reduce response times, recover revenue, and establish best practices to minimize disputes. + Responsible for managing chargeback recovery. * **Merchant settlement** + Defines processes and controls enabling efficient merchant settlement. + Ensures accurate merchant settlement in compliance with SLAs. * **Supply chain and logistics** * Manages inventory, distribution, terminal recovery, and maintenance. * Optimizes logistics costs and delivery times. * Ensures device availability to support commercial growth. * Manages correct device versions deployed in the field. * **Operational risk and compliance management** + Ensures compliance with regulations and guidelines from card networks and authorities (e.g., Banco de México and CNBV), in collaboration with Risk and Compliance teams. * **Settlement to Commercial Partners** + Ensures accurate settlement to commercial partners in compliance with SLAs. **Ideal Profile** * \+8–12 years in operations (preferably in fintech, acquiring, or banking) * Experience managing critical payment processes (reconciliation, settlement, disputes) * Strong analytical capability and efficiency orientation * Experience leading operational teams * Continuous improvement and automation mindset At Spin, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
