




Requirements Age: 25 to 45. Education: Bachelor’s degree, Engineering degree, or Technical degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; incomplete degree or current student accepted. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in programming and integration of alarm and CCTV systems. Valid driver’s license. Basic English. Preferably recent training in "Work at Heights" with DC3 certification. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Installation of CCTV and DVR equipment. Alarm system control panels and sirens. Presence and security sensors. Installation of electric fences. Cabling for security systems. Integration of conduit and raceway systems (EMT and PVC). Microsoft Office proficiency (basic). Vehicle operation (standard transmission). Work at heights. Customer service. Teamwork. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform scheduled route services (e.g., panels with no communication, discharged or low-level batteries, alarms triggered by intrusion or forced entry). Monthly vehicle inspections. Incident reporting. Monthly evaluation of newly hired technicians. Provide customer support and technical advice. Preventive and corrective maintenance of alarm systems.
