




**JOB OBJECTIVE:** * The incumbent serves as first-level technical support for tracking, resolving, and closing incidents related to illuminated fiber services and/or network elements—whether local or remote—within Neutral Networks’ infrastructure. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * All activities related to tracking, resolving, and closing incidents affecting network services and infrastructure * Validate technical reports and documentation in the inventory system for newly deployed services handed over to the NOC * Report infrastructure changes resulting from incident resolution to the Network Planning Department * Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and maintenance windows associated with the FOI service network and nodes **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or related fields * Three years of experience in Telecommunications Technical Support roles Employment type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 – $23,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
