**Job Description:** Join our team as a Quality Engineer! You will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards, improving quality through the implementation of controls and quality management techniques. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the communication liaison with the customer. * Handle customer complaints (8D/5P). * Validate the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions. * Review and maintain up-to-date product technical specifications to ensure implementation and compliance with specific customer requirements. * Coordinate a multidisciplinary team to develop flowcharts, FMEAs, and control plans. * Identify, measure, and analyze variables to be monitored in the manufacturing process or product. * Manage quality investigations. * Conduct quality inspections during the production process. * Provide support to production lines for internal or external product and/or process issues. * Ensure implementation and validate the effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions. * Coordinate activities with relevant departments for new projects, new cavities, and engineering changes to guarantee PPAP implementation and compliance across all processes. * Review and maintain up-to-date product technical specifications to ensure implementation and compliance with specific customer requirements. **Requirements:** * Quality Process Engineer or higher. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive and injection molding industries. * Knowledge of Core Tools—Problem Solving. * Basic English. * Decision-making ability. * Data analysis capability. * Work schedule: Rotating shift (Day, Afternoon, Night).
