SEKURA | aer *We are a Mexican company with extensive expertise in comprehensive insurance, surety, and affinity program solutions.* We are seeking talent with the following profile: **Claims Executive** Office: MTY Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or incomplete/complete engineering degree. * Two years of experience in similar roles/functions at an insurance company or insurance broker. * Experience with Hospital Module systems. * Handle claims and resolve deviations. * Identify policyholders’ needs and communicate them to management. * Provide personalized handling of all claims generated by the assigned portfolio. * Promote and maintain excellent, close relationships with insurance companies. * Escalate and resolve complex, escalated, and high-priority cases. * Ensure a customer satisfaction rating above 95% for client and policyholder claims processing. * Responsible for using the Claims 360 module and aer and insurer claims tools. Knowledge: * Proficiency in Office and Windows tools. * Intermediate-level Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills. * Communication and writing skills. * Customer service orientation. * General operational, administrative, and technical knowledge of insurance (knowledge of Major Medical Expense and/or Life Insurance is mandatory).
