Promotes continuous improvement and safety culture A prominent company in Nuevo León is seeking an EHS Supervisor due to expansion: EHS Supervisor Responsibilities: * **Supervision and Compliance:** Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), signage, work permits, and safety regulations in general. * **Training:** Deliver and ensure employees receive training on safety, health, and EHS procedures. * **Assessment and Prevention:** Conduct audits, inspections, and risk analyses to identify unsafe conditions and propose corrective actions. * **Environmental Management:** Control factors such as air quality, water, waste management, and pollution. * **Reporting and Documentation:** Document and report accidents, incidents, findings, and progress of EHS programs. * **Emergency Management:** Plan and conduct emergency drills, as well as respond to emergencies. * **Continuous Improvement:** Foster a safety culture, listen to worker suggestions, and improve the management system. * **Visitor Coordination:** Receive visits from municipal, governmental, and federal departments, and resolve incidents across more than 10 work sites. * **Coordination** of medical examinations for newly hired personnel We offer: * Base salary * Continuous training on standards and consulting tools * Statutory benefits and internal perks * Participation in special projects and certified courses Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,349.72 - $18,200.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
