Modality: In-person Area: Production / Quality **Job Objective:** * Ensure that processes, products, and equipment meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency, maintaining a constant focus on continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and validate compliance with GMPs, 5S, and internal audit programs. * Authorize line startups and prepare quality reports and indicators. * Follow up on complaints, anomalies, and pest control activities. * Supervise scale calibration and compliance with prerequisite programs. * Update documentation and support continuous process improvement. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or related field (in progress or recent graduate). * Experience: Minimum 2 years in the food industry. * Solid knowledge of food safety NOMs and personnel management.
