Job Summary: Performs packaging, cleaning, deburring, polishing, and dimensional inspection tasks, supporting various operational and production activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proper handling of non-conforming products 2. Maintenance of 5S in the work area 3. Dimensional inspection using precision tools · Maintain 5S in your work area. · Packaging, cleaning, deburring, polishing. · Report equipment anomalies to the Production Leader. · Perform dimensional inspection using tape measure, micrometer, and vernier caliper. · Return tools and measuring equipment to the Quality area’s warehouse when no longer in use—completed at the end of each shift. · Properly handle non-conforming products, complete the non-conformance label, and deliver to the designated area. · Complete logbooks. · Assist in various activities. ***1\.
