PROJECT COORDINATOR * Experience in electromechanics, welding, sheet metal work, and piping across various materials. * AutoCAD. * Knowledge of work permits. * Knowledge of interpreting drawings (isometric). * Experience supervising each step of a project to ensure full customer satisfaction. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Experience in meetings and conferences with clients. * Prior experience in project management and follow-up. * Proficiency in using optical levels, laser levels, plumb bobs, tape measures, squares, and protractors. * Knowledge of field data collection. * Coordination with warehouse staff regarding inventory and tools required for project execution. * Coordination with procurement personnel regarding materials and consumables required for the project. * Coordination with clients or the company’s sales department regarding project start dates. * Immediate notification to the Operations Manager and/or project sales representative upon emergence of unplanned corrective or audit-related adjustments. * Preparation of delivery documentation, including approval and comments from the recipient upon project completion, and submission to the company’s operations and administrative departments. * Knowledge of DC3 skills. * Knowledge of operational hazards. * Provision of current status and progress updates on active project(s) to the company’s managers and project sales representative, as required. * Preparation of drawings, schedules, or test reports as requested by the company’s managers during project execution; provided sufficient information is available from the sales representative. * Knowledge of occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental protection. * English proficiency.
