We are seeking 4 Junior Production Supervisors.** **Profile** * Ensure compliance with FF metrics (+QDIPA). * Daily management (Gemba). * Compliance with the Visual Management Board and up-to-date Standard Work documentation. * Personnel and assigned resource administration. * Focus on quality and productivity goals. * Ensure a healthy, respectful work environment within the team. * Daily focus on continuous improvement. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards in the assigned area. * Payroll monitoring and approval. * Employee retention dashboard. * Manage the team to ensure hourly achievement of Visual Management Board goals. * Maintain turnover rate below 2%. * Increase production output. * Measure and improve personnel learning curve (Ramp-up time). * Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing and Kanban processes. * Availability / Schedule flexibility. * Prior experience managing at least 30 people. **Requirements** Completed Bachelor’s degree.
