CNC machine and lathe programming and operation. Cycle time optimization, scrap reduction, and continuous improvement. Production process analysis (FMEA, process sheets, work instructions). Coordination with quality, maintenance, and production departments. Ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards. **Requirements:** Completed engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or related field). Experience in CNC machining and lathe processes. Knowledge of process development and continuous improvement. Automotive industry experience (preferred). Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, etc.).
