We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On\-Site (5 days) **What’s in it for you?** You will be responsible for the dimensional metrology area, performing complex measurement programs on coordinate measuring machines and portable equipment such as arms and scanners. You will actively collaborate with local and international Advanced Manufacturing/Design/Quality/Process teams to develop optimal measurement programming for components. You will provide training and mentorship to metrology technicians on measurement equipment programming. **What you’ll do:** Develop advanced measurement programs for new projects (precision machined parts, complex assemblies), based on drawings with geometric tolerances. Curves, surface profiles, filter selection. Generate solutions to problems related to the inspection of precision components relative to design intent. Responsible for conducting Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) to select appropriate measurement equipment and methods, considering technological advancements. Coordinate the metrology team regarding installation and maintenance of measurement and statistical software. Manage calibration programs according to manufacturer specifications, internal standards, and regulatory requirements. **What you’ll bring:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Approximately 7 years of experience in a similar role. Strong mathematical analysis skills, interest in developing technical competencies, and attention to detail. Advanced programming experience with measurement software: Calypso, UMESS, Polyworks, and Quindos. Experience with PiWeb/WinSPC. Proficiency with measurement equipment: Zeiss CMMs, Faro Arms with Probe and LLP, portable scanning equipment (Scantech and its interface). Knowledge of SPC and MSA; Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred. Advanced GD\&T and blueprint reading skills. Conversational to advanced English proficiency. **Desired certifications:** Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Certified Calibration Technician (CCT), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), Technologist Levels (ASME Y14\.5\-1994 or ASME Y14\.5\-2009\) Senior Levels (ASME Y14\.5\-1994 or ASME Y14\.5\-2009\).
