We are looking for a motivated **Electronic Design, Electrification, and Power Engineer** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of electronic systems and electrification solutions across various projects. **Key Responsibilities:** The **Electronic Design, Electrification, and Power Engineer** is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the production of electronics for exterior automotive lighting. * Maintain open communication with external clients, internal project teams, and suppliers. * Capture and translate customer requirements for inverters, voltage sources, DC/DC converters, and associated electronics. * Design detailed electrical circuit schematics using design tools or develop new circuits as required. * Perform circuit modeling, worst-case circuit analysis (WCCA), and apply expertise in inverters, voltage sources, and DC/DC converters. * Collaborate with MCAD and ECAD engineers to ensure high-quality electronic board and harness designs. * Support electronics testing and validation to meet customer requirements. * Serve as the single point of contact for all electrical-related matters in assigned projects. * Coordinate with electronic manufacturing service (EMS) providers or internal facilities for electronics production. * Collaborate with component engineering and procurement teams to create new parts in the electronic components database. Requirements **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive electronics design, development, and launch. * Practical knowledge of electronic circuit modeling using simulation tools such as PSpice, LabVIEW, LTspice, and MATLAB. * Proficiency in using Altium for electronic schematic capture. * Experience in power electronics design, including: * Switched-mode power supplies (SMPS) * DC/DC converters * Linear regulators * Familiarity with embedded systems, such as microcontrollers. * Knowledge of environmental and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing methods. * Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities. **Required Tools and Licenses:** * Schematic Design (\- Siemens Xpedition \- Designer, Altium, ORCAD) * Design Analysis (Mathcad) * Circuit Simulation (LTspice \& Pspice) Benefits * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (including dental and vision plans) * 15-day year-end bonus * 25% vacation premium * 12 vacation days (starting from the first year) * Social security * Biweekly food vouchers Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $37,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee referral program * Major medical expense insurance * Food vouchers Work location: Hybrid remote work in Monterrey, N.L.
