We seek a strategic and operational leader who ensures flawless branch operations, drives results, leads teams, and guarantees an extraordinary experience for every visitor. **What will be your mission?** Oversee the branch’s (children's playground) end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional experience through team leadership, operational control, and strategic execution. **Key Responsibilities** · Supervise daily operations: opening, closing, cleaning, and customer service · Ensure compliance with processes, internal policies, and service standards · Lead, train, and develop the workforce · Participate in recruitment, selection, and staff evaluation processes · Resolve internal conflicts and foster a positive work environment · Supervise cash register closings, cash audits, and cash handling · Validate sales reports and operational performance metrics · Manage inventory and ensure proper stock replenishment · Supervise restocking, operation, and control of prize machines · Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper display across all areas · Control costs, profit margins, and operational profitability · Supervise cash register closings · Support planning and execution of promotions, product launches, and events · Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making · Ensure operational continuity and service quality **Candidate Profile We Seek** · Experience in operational management within high-traffic industries such as entertainment, casinos, hotels, stadiums, or amusement parks · Experience leading teams and managing operational staff · Strong organizational skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving capability · Results-oriented, focused on profitability and customer experience · Empathetic leadership, positive attitude, and ability to motivate teams · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work under pressure · Proactive mindset **Education and Experience** · Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Tourism, Business, or related field) · Experience in inventory control, cash handling, and sales reporting · Knowledge of entertainment center or retail operations (desirable) **Key Skills and Knowledge** · Passion for the entertainment, gaming, and technology industries · Analytical thinking and strategic orientation · Ability to execute under pressure and in dynamic environments · Organization, planning, and goal tracking · Customer orientation and service excellence **We Offer**: * Negotiable gross monthly salary based on experience: ($24,000 MXN) * On-site employment * Statutory benefits * Excellent work environment * Option for indefinite-term contract * Scheduled mid-week rest * Performance-based bonus plan (to be defined) **Benefits**: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Uniforms * In-house professional development plan * Meals during shifts **At GALAXY, we seek leaders who make everything happen.** If you have vision, energy, and passion for creating incredible experiences through operations—this challenge is for you.
