A construction company is seeking: **IT Operations Manager** **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar role * Preferred experience in construction, hospitality, or retail companies * Knowledge of **ENKONTROL** is desirable **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily IT operations * Manage first- and second-level technical support * Ensure availability of networks, connectivity links, servers, email, and backups * Coordinate infrastructure implementations across offices, construction sites, and hotels * Supervise operational teams * Coordinate with technology vendors and track service delivery * Document processes, incidents, and operational improvements **We Offer:** Statutory benefits; work schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 am \- 6:30 pm (including two hours for lunch), and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
