**We are seeking a Field Service and Electrical Engineering Workshop Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should be an electrical engineer, electromechanical engineer, electronics engineer, mechatronics engineer, or related professional.**
Required competencies:
* Supervise activities in the electrical engineering workshop and service area.
* Experience in manufacturing and working with copper busbars for low- and medium-voltage electrical switchboards (using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
* Interpretation and preparation of industrial drawings and electrical diagrams.
* Performing electrical and control wiring on switchboards and electrical equipment.
* Solid knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems; ability to read single-line and control electrical diagrams, as well as construction drawings for equipment to be commissioned or installed.
* Control, monitoring, and automation of electrical substations.
* On-site electrical testing (SAT/FAT), e.g., insulation resistance tests, minimum resistance tests, transformer turns ratio tests, etc.
* Experience assembling low- and medium-voltage switchboards.
* Commissioning of low- and medium-voltage switchboards; programming of protection relays, circuit breakers, and other devices included in low- and medium-voltage distribution switchboards.
* Testing of medium-voltage protection relays (highly desirable).
* Retrofitting or upgrading of switchboards or other electrical equipment.
* Advanced technical problem-solving skills and ability to resolve incidents efficiently.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, adapting technical language to the audience.
* Ability to work autonomously and organized, managing time and available resources effectively.
Key responsibilities:
* Commissioning, installation, and startup of low- and medium-voltage distribution switchboards, **(primarily commissioning or supervision of installation)**.
* Training and instruction for customers on proper usage and basic maintenance of sold equipment.
* Collaboration in preparing technical documentation related to sold equipment, especially when providing supervision, commissioning, or similar services.
* Providing suggestions and recommendations for continuous improvement of installation, maintenance, and operation processes for sold electrical equipment.
**Education and experience:**
* **Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles related to the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields.**
**Other requirements:**
* **Willingness to travel.**
* **Intermediate level of English.**
