***Automotive Workshop 400BS*** We are seeking: **Logistics Assistant** ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Weekly inventory of vehicles in the workshop. * Prepare work orders for identification and tracking of each vehicle, and place them on every vehicle entering the workshop for repairs—whether by insurance companies, private clients, or warranty claims. * Coordinate supplementary documentation for appraisals for CHUBB clients (Texcoco). * Conduct weekly projections of scheduled vehicle releases from street to workshop (Texcoco). * Assist in budget preparation. * Take process photographs for each vehicle and upload them to the system for every work order. * Arrange vehicles in designated areas to begin collaborative work with the workshop supervisor. * Valid driver’s license, Class C. ***WE OFFER:*** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Punctuality and attendance bonus We are located in San Nicolás de los Garza, Chapultepec neighborhood.
