Coordinates warehouse activities and continuous improvement **A prominent electronics company is currently seeking a Warehouse Leader for its facility located in Col. del Prado, Zona Centrika** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Salary:** $13,000 to $14,000 monthly, take-home pay **Benefits:** Statutory benefits Bi-weekly payment **Job Objective** To efficiently manage orders to ensure goods are delivered in perfect condition and within established timeframes. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation, packaging, and shipment of goods * Daily logistical planning for deliveries * Inventory control and execution of cycle counts * Warehouse organization and cleanliness * Preparation of daily outbound reports and monthly shortage reports * Control and requisition of packaging materials * Support to Sales and Collections departments as required * Coordination with drivers to ensure route compliance * Daily coordination of warehouse activities * Continuous improvement of the warehouse department **Requirements** * Age: 20 to 50 years old * Education: High school diploma (university studies preferred) * Minimum experience: 1 year managing and controlling warehouse operations * Knowledge of: * Shipping * Logistics * Inventory management * Office software and ERP systems * Driver's license (preferred) **Key Competencies** * Commitment and discipline * Service-oriented attitude * Ability to work under pressure * Orderliness and organization * Proactivity and persistence Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
