




Position Summary: Support the supervision of operational and administrative staff, verify compliance, report incidents, and collaborate on training and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in personnel supervision and compliance verification. 2. Incident recording and report preparation. 3. Collaboration in training and corrective actions. * Assist in supervising operational and/or administrative staff. * Verify compliance with schedules, routes, activities, and procedures. * Record incidents, reports, and supervision evidence. * Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports. * Follow up on supervisor's instructions and work plans. * Identify deviations or non-compliance and report them promptly. * Support staff training and mentoring. * Collaborate in implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Maintain constant communication with the work team and related departments. * Safeguard area information and documentation.
