At GRUPO HI-TEC we are looking for a Machinery Delivery Assistant to join our team. What will your role be? * Be present during machine delivery to the customer. * Supervise and provide recommendations to the customer regarding unloading to prevent mishandling, as well as provide technical data and access information for transportation. * Collect signed delivery documents and send them to financing, along with supporting photographs. * Report any machine damages to the service and logistics department as applicable during delivery. * Assist financing by delivering and collecting contracts from customers and/or promissory notes and other documentation. * Monitor transportation en route to destination, including providing guidance to the delivery address. * Retrieve delivery documents. * Weekly reporting of activities to the Logistics Manager, as well as submitting expense reports for approval. * Record hours dedicated to each delivery in SAP Time Recording. REQUIREMENTS Preferred education: Technical career in commerce, industrial or related field Specialty area: Machinery / Customer service 2 years of experience WHAT DO WE OFFER?
