**MRO Warehouse Coordinator** Responsible for providing operational support to multiple warehouses within industrial plants, ensuring compliance with processes, inventory control, and operational standardization. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and functionally supervises warehouse supervisors and warehouse staff across different sites. Requirements * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations. * Experience in MRO or industrial warehouses. * SAP proficiency. * Experience in cycle counts and inventory control. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Leadership and supervision of operational personnel. * Willingness to travel. Responsibilities * Supervise MRO warehouse operations across different plants. * Provide operational support to warehouse supervisors and warehouse staff. * Verify compliance with processes, policies, and operational standards. * Monitor cycle counts and inventory accuracy. * Identify deviations and follow up on action plans. * Support audits and operational KPIs. * Train staff on processes and SAP usage. * Coordinate operational improvements and standardization across warehouses. * Track MRO material receipts, issues, and control. * Generate operational reports and KPI indicators. * Travel frequently to different plants as required by operational needs.
