CONSTRUCTORA MACOIN DEL CENTRO IS SEEKING: **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Ensure daily field production compliance through tactical control of work fronts, personnel, equipment, and performance. Directly responsible for daily operational control and weekly production target achievement. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Daily Production Control** * Verify target compliance per work front * Validate actual vs. standard performance * Identify downtime * Correct deviations on the same day * Ensure continuous progress **Work Front Coordination** * Supervise 100% of active work fronts * Ensure appropriate personnel allocation * Coordinate efficient use of cranes and platforms * Prevent oversized or unproductive work fronts **Performance Control (Steel Mill)** Minimum mandatory targets: * SSR ≥ 250 m²/shift per work front * Facades ≥ 250 m²/shift * Moldings ≥ 150 ml/shift * Weekly project production ≥ 3,000 m² The Coordinator is directly responsible for daily execution of these targets. **Coordination with Material Resources** * Verify available materials prior to shift commencement * Identify risk of stoppage due to supply shortage * Escalate material shortages immediately **Coordination with SGI** * Ensure operational compliance with MOT * Prohibit work under unsafe conditions * Report risk deviations **DAILY FUNCTIONS** * Kick-off meeting with Supervisors * Continuous site visits across work fronts * Mid-shift progress validation * Immediate adjustment in case of low performance * Daily productivity report to the Superintendent * Verify correct machinery usage **WEEKLY FUNCTIONS** * Consolidate weekly production * Report average performance per work front * Identify underperforming crews * Propose structural adjustments * Participate in weekly operational meeting**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)** **Daily Production** ≥ 95% daily target compliance per work front **Weekly Production** ≥ 95% weekly project target compliance **Performance** SSR ≥ 250 m²/shift Facades ≥ 250 m²/shift Moldings ≥ 150 ml/shift **MANDATORY WEEKLY INDICATOR** Each week, submit to the Superintendent: * m² executed vs. target * Average performance per work front * Detected unproductive hours * Causes of deviation * Corrective action plan, if applicable Salary: $6,800.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
