Hyatt Monterrey Hotel is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. * **Position Objective:** Ensure every stay becomes a personalized and exceptional experience. Responsible for anticipating needs, resolving friction before it occurs, and ensuring hospitality standards are met at every touchpoint. Responsibilities: * **Service Personalization:** Research VIP or repeat guest profiles to prepare personalized amenities. Customer service and emotional hospitality. * **Online Reputation Management:** Monitor and respond to reviews on internal platforms (HySat) to propose operational improvements. * **Complaint Resolution (Recovery):** Serve as escalation point for critical situations through empathetic and creative resolution. * Supervise that the lobby, guest rooms, and common areas meet the brand’s required standards. * ***Multitasking***: Ability to swiftly switch between operational tasks and public relations duties. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Public Relations, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality (guest service). * English (mandatory). * Emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills with both internal and external guests. We Offer: * Gross monthly salary of $15,750. * Biweekly payroll schedule. * Monthly food vouchers of $1,100, independent of payroll. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
