Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating, executing, and supervising corrective and preventive maintenance in commercial premises and residential units, preferably with an engineering background. Preferably holding an engineering degree Responsible for incident control in commercial premises and residential units, and for coordinating, executing, and supervising corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, preferably with an engineering degree.
