




Job Summary: This position ensures continuous operation of production lines through preventive maintenance, fault correction, and equipment monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in quality and safety improvements Job Purpose: To ensure continuous operation of production lines within the operating business unit by tracking and executing assigned preventive maintenance work orders, as well as correcting faults and/or inadequate conditions in equipment. Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures related to the job. Relevant Processes: No. % of Time Summary of Main Processes: 1 60% Maintain machinery in good operating condition by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Participate in root cause analysis or failure analysis to identify causes and propose countermeasures to eliminate problems. Correct defects using assigned work orders and use SAP to close them. Transfer maintenance activities to operations personnel (AM) using tools such as one-point lessons or maintenance standards. 2 15% Monitor parameters, control systems, and process conditions, making timely and appropriate adjustments to ensure operational continuity of production lines and their equipment. 3 10% Review current machinery conditions and propose improvements to equipment, maintenance plans, and work procedures that positively impact equipment reliability. Participate in quality and safety improvement projects. 4 10% Provide support and training on work processes and techniques to new hires and/or operators as part of the HERSHEY LEAN / Autonomous Maintenance program to validate their CILs, OPLs, etc. 5 5% Technical reporting via computerized systems (SAP), electronic systems (Outlook), physical forms, among others.
