**Job Description** ------------------------- Responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to drive development in alignment with CEMEX’s objectives regarding cost, quality, service, and delivery across all business units. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Creatively explores various negotiation approaches to achieve maximum cost reductions for CEMEX. Continuously seeks optimal cost-benefit ratios for equipment, spare parts, services, and raw materials required for operations while creating business leverage opportunities through negotiations and contract development. * Evaluates national suppliers and ensures their compliance with CEMEX standards and established criteria. * Monitors domestic market trends and proposes new negotiation practices or new national suppliers.
