Job Summary: We are seeking a General Manufacturing Assistant and Belt Installer responsible for manufacturing and installing belts and ensuring quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. AMMEGA Mexico is looking for you as a **General Manufacturing Assistant and Belt Installer.** Responsibilities Responsible for manufacturing timing and transmission belts; performing belt installations (splices) at various companies; and ensuring quality standards of our products. **Requirements:** * Experience: 1 year of experience in manufacturing companies. * Tool usage (tape measure, angle grinder, blades, caliper). * Education: Completed junior high school (technical degree preferred). * Flexible working hours. * Ability to continuously lift 20 kg. **We Offer:** * $11,500.00 monthly gross salary (weekly payment of $2,646.50 gross) + additional payments for belt installations after 3 months * Benefits exceeding legal requirements – 30-day Christmas bonus, 7% Savings Fund, 10% Grocery Vouchers, Life Insurance, Funeral Expenses Coverage, Uniforms, $1,500 annual Eye Care Support, Health Campaigns, Paid Birthday Leave, Employee Assistance Program for employees and their dependents, additional vacation days beyond statutory requirements, among others * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
