




**Leading cargo transportation company is looking for: Accounting Analyst** **General Purpose:** Ensure proper management and recording of the company's financial transactions, guarantee that financial statements accurately reflect the organization's economic situation. Perform accounting analyses, reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, comply with tax regulations, contribute to internal control, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of accounting processes. Education and experience required: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Previous experience in similar roles, minimum of 2\-3 years. * Knowledge of accounting standards. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. Job responsibilities * Accounting recordkeeping: Recording and entering daily financial transactions into the accounting system, including income, expenses, payments, and collections. * Bank and intercompany transaction reconciliations: Review and reconcile balances between the company's accounting records and bank statements, ensuring data integrity. * Account analysis, integration, and account cleanup: Detailed review of accounting accounts to identify and correct discrepancies or errors in financial records. * Preparation of financial statements: Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements that reflect the company's financial position. * Control of assets and liabilities: Supervise and analyze asset accounts (inventory, accounts receivable) and liability accounts (debts, obligations) to ensure their proper management and recording. * Financial analysis: Support the interpretation of financial data for strategic decision-making by identifying areas for improvement or risk in economic performance. * Internal and external audits: Assist in preparing and providing information for financial audits, ensuring accounting processes comply with established regulations. * Support in budget preparation: Help in planning and controlling budgets by analyzing variances between budgeted and actual figures. * Process improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize accounting processes, reduce errors, and increase efficiency.
