We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and supervise inbound and outbound goods processes, managing both inventory and personnel.

**Job Objective:** Maintain control and supervision over inbound and outbound goods processes, which directly impact the resources safeguarded within warehouses under their responsibility.
**Responsibilities:**
· Inventory and KPI Control
· Daily logbook entries
· Route control and assignment
· Inbound and outbound control
· Supervision and task assignment for Assistants and Technician (7 direct reports)
· Audit coordination and support
· Data entry on supplier’s website
· Loading/unloading / implementation of 5S
· Indicator reporting

**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (including one-hour lunch break); Saturday, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
**Requirements:**
\- Education level: **high school diploma**
\- Minimum 1 year of experience in this role
\- Experience in **inventory management, FIFO, personnel supervision, forklift operation, ERP systems, familiarity with urban area logistics, and KPI monitoring**
**\- Easy access to the workplace required**
**\- Preference given to candidates who can drive standard vehicles and hold a valid driver’s license**
\- Skills: empathetic, team-oriented, solution-driven, honest, process-compliant, personnel management capability
\- Knowledge of: material receipt, deliveries, logistics, transfers, invoicing, customer service, and general warehouse operations—including processes, policies, audits, and vehicle registration numbering.
Salary: $12,856\.00 – $15,106\.00 per month
