It is our focus on quality and growth that makes us an employer of choice and helps us maintain our culture of excellence.** **Position Overview** --------------------- The **Data Analyst** will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and usability of payroll and HR data across our systems. This position provides actionable insights that directly support efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision\-making tied to departmental MBOs. By maintaining high standards of data integrity and developing clear reporting, the Data Analyst strengthens our culture of excellence and supports continuous improvement. **What you'll do** ------------------ * Validate payroll and HR data for accuracy and completeness before processing. * Identify and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams. * Maintain high standards of data quality across HRIS, payroll systems, and related databases. * Analyze HR and payroll data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Generate dashboards and reports for payroll performance, workforce analytics, and key HR metrics. * Provide actionable insights to support payroll efficiency, compliance, and decision\-making. * Assist in payroll\-related projects, including system migrations, audits, and process improvements. * Support testing of payroll data during system upgrades or process changes. * Document processes, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement. * All other duties as assigned. **Who you are** --------------- * Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field. * 2\+ years of experience in HR data analysis, payroll analytics, or HR operations. * Strong proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP, etc.). * Advanced Excel skills and experience with dashboards (Power BI/Tableau). * Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements. * High level of confidentiality and integrity. **What's in it for you** ------------------------ * Annual base salary range and bonus * Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability * A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth * Time off with pay * 401(k) plan with employer matching * Paid parental leave * Wellness programs and product discounts Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate's education, experience, skills and potential.
